Refunds
The refund will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 3-5 business days post receipt of goods at our warehouse. If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
Cancellation Policy
Only orders that haven't left our warehouse can be cancelled. To cancel an order, please send us an email us at care@kesarco.com to register a cancellation request along with the cancellation reason.
We recommend that you wait to receive all the products under your particular order number, before raising a cancellation request, if any, to avoid cancellation charges.
Return Policy
At Bruniq, we ensure a proper quality check is done for all products before leaving our warehouse however in an unlikely event where the product is received in damaged condition, a return request must be received within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes) at the time of collection by our courier partner.
To return a product, please send us an email at care@kesarco.com to register the request stating the reason and attaching supporting images/videos. Once the request is approved, the product to be returned will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the order.
